Babies go through so many changes in their first year, it’s a whirlwind! My Simply baby portrait sessions were created designed to document these incredible changes and preserve some of the memories that are made during baby’s first year, whilst not expecting them to sit and smile for your "typical portrait style photo" . Having lots of experience in baby photography, so many parents worry about this element and its just not what I am about!
These sessions are very simple, and focus on capturing your baby play, being interactive with little wooden toys or bubbles, so they can move around and play, and we capture their genuine giggles and smiles. I absolutely love getting the little mini bath out to so they can have a splash.

FAQ
DO YOU SUPPLY OUTFITS ?
Yes, I have a good variety of options for babies 4 months- 2 years to choose from in the studio. Typically all whites, creams, browns and neutral colours. You are welcome to bring some options along to and we can use a mixture of both. Light denim and above colours all work really well and keep that natural feel to your images. I recommend avoiding any large logos/ writing or characters on clothing.
Who are these sessions for?
Suitable for all babies older than 4 months , toddlers. For older Child or family images visit the Children/Family session information page.
Can I add bath splash images?
Yes I love adding these on to above sessions and can be added free to all above except simple package. They are a lovely way of capturing how many babies just love bath time, just bring a large towel with you!
How long are these sessions?
Typically up to 1 hour, usually no more! When babies are small anything more starts to tire them out, so we aim to keep them happy!
Can I do this session instead of a cakemash?
Absolutely! We can simple add some little white balloons, and wooden number one, and are the perfect alternative to a cake smash.
